o 음식물류는 통관보류 및 불허판정을 받는 경우가 다수 발생하니 주의하시기 바랍니다. o 음식물류는 내용품의 변질에 대한 보상이 불가합니다.(보험취급 불가) - 배달지연으로 내용물이 상한 경우에도 지연에 따른 우편요금만 배상합니다. - 통관지연에 의한 배달지연은 우편요금보상에서 제외됩니다. o 김치, 한약, 액젓, 된장 등 액체류를 포함한 음식은 포장 부실로 인해 운송ㆍ배달과정에서 파손 혹은 부패가 발생할 수 있으며 내용품이 훼손되어 재포장이 불가할 경우에는 수취인에게 통보 없이 폐기처리될 수 있습니다. - 미국 등 일부국가는 폐기 후 수취인에게 사후 통보합니다. - 발효식품의 경우 운송 중 기온, 기압변화에 따른 부패 및 파손 시 상대국 세관에서 악취를 이유로 폐기할 수 있습니다. 내용물이 유출되지 않도록 충분한 완충제를 넣고 겹겹이 포장하시기 바랍니다. - 포장방법 : 김장용 비닐 > 금속 재질의 포장 용기(캔) 에 70% 만 채움 > EMS 포장상자에 최종포장(스티로폼 박스는 사용불가) o 통관운송도중 폐기 시 동봉물품도 함께 폐기되거나 오염될 수 있으므로 서류, 서적 등 중요물품 및 고가품은 별도로 발송할 것을 권장합니다.
유학·상업·선적서류(견적서, 계약서 등)
o 미배달로 인한 간접손실은 손해배상이 불가하며, 보다 빠른 배송을 위해 EMS프리미엄 이용을 권장합니다. o 유학서류는 학교 Mail Room으로 배달됩니다.
통관대행 불가
o 세관 계류 시(서류 포함) 해당국의 수취인이 직접 통관해야 합니다. - 통관으로 인한 배달지연에 대해서는 손해배상이 불가합니다. o EMS프리미엄은 통관대행 가능하며, 02-3700-5199(Fedex)로 문의주시기 바랍니다.
전자제품(보험취급 불가)
o 전자제품(특히, 휴대전화 등 모바일기기, 컴퓨터 및 노트북)은 약간의 충격에도 파손 혹은 기능 미 작동 등의 고장이 발생할 수 있어 접수가 제한됩니다. o 부득이 발송해야 하는 경우 내부와 외부를 견고하게 포장하시기 바랍니다.
기타(공통)
o 국제우편물 항공기 탑재 후에는 수출확인(전산등록) 불가능합니다. o 음식물 관련 포장상자(사과, 배, 고구마 등이 그려진 농산물 박스)를 이용해 포장 발송하는 경우 농산물로 의심되어 통관 지연될 수 있음에 유의하시기 바랍니다. o 물품을 포함한 국제우편물에 대한 통관정보 사전제공의무 시행(‘21.1.1.자)
