In other words, the GTS ID must be included on the invoice. If the GTS ID is not included, customs clearance will be delayed by more than 2 weeks. Individuals require an official ID such as a passport. To minimize delays in customs clearance, it is recommended that the sender write down their GST ID or personal ID in advance when sending. * For cargoes exceeding 100,000 INR (Indian Rupees) (2000 USD), a Power of Attorney must be submitted. * If the cargo cannot be cleared within 30 days of arrival, the cargo will be disposed of.

통관대행 불가
o 세관 계류 시(서류 포함) 해당국의 수취인이 직접 통관해야 합니다. - 통관으로 인한 배달지연에 대해서는 손해배상이 불가합니다. o EMS프리미엄은 통관대행 가능하며, 02-3700-5199(Fedex)로 문의주시기 바랍니다.
전자제품(보험취급 불가)
o 전자제품(특히, 휴대전화 등 모바일기기, 컴퓨터 및 노트북)은 약간의 충격에도 파손 혹은 기능 미 작동 등의 고장이 발생할 수 있어 접수가 제한됩니다. o 부득이 발송해야 하는 경우 내부와 외부를 견고하게 포장하시기 바랍니다.
