Prohibited goods (no compensation for damages)

Food (Not insured, EMS Premium shipping not available)

- Please be careful as there are many cases where food items are held up at customs and rejected. o Food items cannot be compensated for spoilage of their contents (not covered by insurance). - Even if the contents are spoiled due to delayed delivery, only the postage incurred for the delay will be compensated. - Delivery delays due to customs delays are excluded from postage compensation. o Food containing liquids such as kimchi, herbal medicine, fish sauce, and soybean paste may be damaged or spoiled during transportation or delivery due to poor packaging. If the contents are damaged and cannot be repackaged, they may be disposed of without notice to the recipient. - Some countries, such as the United States, notify the recipient after disposal. - Fermented foods may be disposed of due to bad odor at the customs of the other country if they spoil or are damaged due to changes in temperature and pressure during transportation. Please pack in layers with sufficient cushioning to prevent the contents from leaking. Please note: - Packaging method: Kimchi vinyl &gt; Metal packaging container (can) filled 70% full &gt; Final packaging in an EMS box (Styrofoam boxes cannot be used) o. Study Abroad/Commercial/Shipping Documents (Quotes, Contracts, etc.)

- Compensation for indirect losses due to non-delivery is not possible. We recommend using EMS Premium for faster delivery. o. Study Abroad documents will be delivered to the school's Mail Room.

Customs Clearance Service Not Available

Electronics (Not Insured)

- Electronic products (especially mobile devices such as cell phones, computers, and laptops) can be damaged or malfunction even with minor impacts, so acceptance is restricted. o If shipping is unavoidable, please pack them securely, both inside and out.

Other (Common)

- Export confirmation (computer registration) is not possible after international mail is loaded onto an aircraft. o Please note that if you use food packaging boxes (agricultural products boxes with pictures of apples, pears, sweet potatoes, etc.) to package and ship your package, customs clearance may be delayed due to suspicion of agricultural products. o Implementation of the obligation to provide customs information in advance for international mail items including goods (as of January 1, 2021)
