* Invoice: All non-documents must be accompanied by 3 copies of invoices. Invoice Recipient's phone number is required. * How to write an invoice For non-documentary items, the invoice number, country of origin, HS code of the item, detailed description of the item, declared value and currency used, importer's name and address, and import code or license number must be written on the original invoice printed for the electronic customs clearance system. To prevent delays in customs inspection, it is recommended to use an invoice written on company letterhead with the company seal. An original invoice is required for non-documentary items delivered to US military personnel in Qatar. The recipient's phone number, mobile number, and email address must be written on the invoice. Zero Value - no cummercial value on the invoice is not allowed. If the cargo weighs more than 100kgs or the total weight of split cargo to the same recipient is more than 100kgs, an Air Freight Mode invoice is required. [Notes on submitting documents (acceptable items)] Valid airline tickets, annual reports, proposals, Blueprints (intercompany), brochures (if not for commercial purposes), checks (for personal use), credit cards (belonging to the recipient), business cards (1 to 15), event tickets (performances and games - not allowed if the sender is a printing company), gift cards, invitations and greeting cards (for personal use), user manuals, company newspapers, newspapers, traveler's checks, visa application forms, stationery (if not of commercial value). * Submit after confirmation with EMS Premium Customer Center (T. 1588-5027) * Air Freight Mode commercial invoice: For cargoes exceeding 100 kg or for split cargoes destined for the same recipient with a total weight exceeding 100 kg, official customs clearance will be conducted using Air Freight Mode. The commercial invoice and packing list must be written on company letterhead and must have the stamp of the Chamber of Commerce of the country of origin (or city of origin). The stamp must be affixed with rubber ink and electronic stamps are not allowed. The original invoice must be submitted to customs, and copies are not allowed. Each invoice must have a stamp of Products must be separated into separate rows, with an accurate description, country of origin, unit price, quantity, and total amount. A Certificate of Origin signed and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce must also be submitted to Customs. The stamp must be stamped with rubber ink; electronic stamps are not permitted. However, a Certificate of Origin is not required for non-documentary items bound for US Airforce or US Army units in Qatar. Accurately indicate the exact price and country of origin of each product, broken down by item. This is to prevent delays due to customs inspection. Invoices should be written on company letterhead and stamped with rubber ink. For non-documentary items going to individuals or US military bases (USAirforce) in Qatar, original invoices are required. Declared value of 0 or the phrase 'non-commercial value' is not accepted by customs, so the actual market value of the goods must be stated.

- Please be careful as there are many cases where food items are held up at customs and rejected. o Food items cannot be compensated for spoilage of their contents (not covered by insurance). - Even if the contents are spoiled due to delayed delivery, only the postage incurred for the delay will be compensated. - Delivery delays due to customs delays are excluded from postage compensation. o Food containing liquids such as kimchi, herbal medicine, fish sauce, and soybean paste may be damaged or spoiled during transportation or delivery due to poor packaging. If the contents are damaged and cannot be repackaged, they may be disposed of without notice to the recipient. - Some countries, such as the United States, notify the recipient after disposal. - Fermented foods may be disposed of due to bad odor at the customs of the other country if they spoil or are damaged due to changes in temperature and pressure during transportation. Please pack in layers with sufficient cushioning to prevent the contents from leaking. Please note: - Packaging method: Kimchi vinyl > Metal packaging container (can) filled 70% full > Final packaging in an EMS box (Styrofoam boxes cannot be used) o. We recommend shipping important items such as documents and books separately, as enclosed items may also be discarded or contaminated during customs clearance.
Study Abroad/Commercial/Shipping Documents (Quotes, Contracts, etc.)

Customs Clearance Service Not Available

Electronics (Not Insured)
- Electronic products (especially mobile devices such as cell phones, computers, and laptops) can be damaged or malfunction even with minor impacts, so acceptance is restricted. o If shipping is unavoidable, please pack them securely, both inside and out.
Other (Common)
- Export confirmation (computer registration) is not possible after international mail is loaded onto an aircraft. o Please note that if you use food packaging boxes (agricultural products boxes with pictures of apples, pears, sweet potatoes, etc.) to package and ship your package, customs clearance may be delayed due to suspicion of agricultural products. o Implementation of the obligation to provide customs information in advance for international mail items including goods (as of January 1, 2021)
