Insurance is recommended for valuable items. Delivery Companies' insurance covers loss, damage and theft during international delivery. You can calculate insurance fee before you place an order.

We get paid through Master/Visa which offers you payment methods such as credit and debit cards. Payment is required before we ship your merged package. All transactions are secure and processed through Master/Visa.

If you used an incorrect Korean address, contact your shopping mall as soon as possible.

If you used an incorrect destination address, contact us as soon as possible. If its status is before "PROCESSING" we might be able to change your delivery address.

For international delivery, it depends on what delivery options you chose. But you can track your packages at every step when they are in our facility. You'll receive emails when packages arrive at our facility, when they're being prepared for merge, when they're shipped internationally, and you might have tracking information for the final delivery to your address.

We offer Free storage for up to 365 days from the day each package arrives at our facility. After 365 days, storage fee may applies. This gives you plenty of time to accumulate multiple packages.
